Chartered Building Surveyor
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS or FRICS) with at least three years of relevant private sector experience, and contract supervision acumen to join our expanding and reputable family business in West Kent.
We are looking for an individual with the following skills and attributes:
- MRICS / FRICS Chartered Building Surveyor
- Private sector experience with at least 3 years of experience
- Contract Supervision experience
- CDM Principal Designer advantageous
- Drawing / CAD skills advantageous
- Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Interest in and firm knowledge of the built environment, including building regulations and health and safety legislation
- Relationship-building skills and a strong understanding of good customer service
- IT skills, including knowledge of industry-specific software
- Be analytically minded, with strong problem-solving skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Teamworking skills
- Clear driving licence
