Airbrick

A brick with holes in it by design, used especially underneath timber floors and in roof spaces, to allow ventilation.  These need to be kept clear of vegetation and blockages at all times to allow sufficient airflow to the subfloor voids.  Insufficient ventilation can lead to timber decay.
